Police are hunting a thief who walked out of an Angus house in broad daylight with a large TV.
The front door of the house in Newton Avenue was forced open between midday and 1.50pm on Thursday
A number of electronic items, including a large TV were stolen.
“As this happened in the middle of the day, it is hoped that someone would have seen something suspicious around this time,” said a Police Scotland spokesperson.
“If you have any information which could assist our enquiries, please call 101 or speak with any Police officer.
“Information can be provided anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, crime reference is CR/4470/18.”
