The first stage in the development of a new Monifieth ‘mega church’ is under way.
Construction teams are pulling down the South Church Hall on the High Street.
The site will then be transformed into the new Monifieth Parish Church.
The halls have stood in the centre of the town since Victorian times and were home to the Boys’ Brigade and other youth organisations over the years.
