Drivers were facing delays on the A90 after a wheel came off a car.
A man was driving a black Peugeot 208 on the southbound A90 Dundee to Aberdeen road near Stonehaven when a wheel came off, sending the car off the road at 8.55am on Wednesday
Nobody was injured.
Police have been called and the vehicle will be recovered.
The scene of the crash, which is near the Kirktown of Fetteresso turn off, is passable with care, but drivers are experiencing some delays.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “We were called to the A90 near Stonehaven at 8.55am today after receiving reports of an incident. Nobody was injured.”
