Police are investigating an alleged hit and run in Carnoustie.
A cyclist was left injured and taken to hospital on Thursday although his injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.
A police spokeswoman said: “Police Scotland can confirm we received a report of a road traffic incident between a cyclist and vehicle at 7am on Thursday at Barry Road, Carnoustie.
“We would appeal to anyone with any information to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting 1236 of 12 July or speak to any police officer.
“Alternatively if you have any information about the incident you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at crimestoppers-uk.org.”
