Golfing superstar Tiger Woods has arrived in Tayside ahead of one of the world’s biggest sporting events.
The ball is now rolling on the Open Championship, although the competition will not get properly under way at Carnoustie Golf Links until Thursday.
And Woods delighted fans after appearing in the Angus town on Sunday to get some early practice in.
The American, 42, is one of the most successful golfers of all time and has won the Open three times.
Fellow golfing stars Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson and Justin Rose are also due to arrive in Carnoustie.
