A road in Carnoustie has been closed by police after a tractor crashed into a telegraph pole.
Balmachie Road is currently shut after the tractor lost control, knocking the pole down and on to the road.
Engineers have been called to ensure the area is safe for the public, with wires reportedly hanging loose.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland confirmed the force is in attendance and asked the public to avoid the area if possible.
