A 21-year-old man has been banned from an Angus public library over charges of acting indecently while watching pornography on a computer there five times within a week.
Adam Morrison from Arbroath is also accused of offences involving young girls dating back to 2015.
Morrison, of Leach Close, appeared before Sheriff Derek Reekie at Forfar Sheriff Court on a summary complaint alleging that between July 29 and August 10 2015 he sent sexual messages to a girl aged 13, and messages asking her to meet him.
He is also accused of similar conduct towards an 11-year-old girl between August 8 and 13 2015.
The complaint further alleges that on April 7 last year, at Forfar library, West High Street, Morrison acted indecently while viewing pornographic material on a public computer.
Morrison, who the court was told is autistic, is accused of committing the same offence on April 10, 11, 12 and 14.
The case was continued without plea until November 29.
Sheriff Reekie imposed a condition banning Morrison from entering Forfar library.
