Emergency services attended a two vehicle collision involving a tractor and a van on the A933 Brechin to Arbroath Road on Wednesday evening.
The incident occurred at 6.30pm at Colliston.
Police Scotland personnel and an ambulance crew attended.
The road was closed as a result of the collision and emergency personnel are still at the scene.
There are no reports of any injuries.
