Mearns residents have been urged to look out for an Aberdeen man following his “out of character” disappearance.
Duncan Innes,35, from the Bridge of Don area of the city, has not been seen for several days or been in recent contact with family or friends.
He was reported missing on Saturday.
Police have described him as being 5 feet eight inches tall, of average build and currently having a beard. His clothing is unknown.
Inspector Lee Jardine said: “Duncan is believed to be using the blue Ford Focus, registration SV64 LFJ and may have been in the areas of central Scotland and Aberdeenshire during the last few days.
“His disappearance is out of character and we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.”
