Emergency services attended a fire in a property in Carnoustie on Thursday afternoon.
Two appliances from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service attended the blaze in the ground floor living area of a property in Westfield Place.
Crews from Balmossie and Broughty Ferry used one main jet and a positive pressure ventilation (PPV) fan.
A spokesperson for the service said the call came in at 1.30pm.
“Everyone was out of the building.
“The fire was contained in the living room and the fire fighters left the scene at 2.15pm.”
