A man appeared at Perth Sheriff Court yesterday charged in connection with the supply of a controlled substance.
David John Guthrie, 55, of Taymount Sawmill near Stanley, was allegedly found with a quantity of cannabis.
Guthrie was also accused of being in possession of a class A substance, namely cocaine.
He appeared on petition before Sheriff William Wood yesterday afternoon charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Guthrie was arrested at the Taymount Sawmill property at around 10am on Tuesday after Tayside Police officers executed a drugs search warrant at the address.
The case was continued for further examination and Guthrie was granted bail.
