Euromillions winner Gillian Bayford is due to go on trial at Dundee Sheriff Court on Tuesday accused of assaulting her former partner.
Bayford previously denied assaulting her former partner Gavin Innes on three occasions between August 1 and October 31 2017.
The charge alleges the attacks took place at an address in Adam Drive, Dundee, and in the Angus village of Auchterhouse while the pair were in a relationship.
Bayford is accused of repeatedly striking Mr Innes and punching him on the head and neck, resulting in him being injured.
Bayford became famous in 2012 after scooping a record-breaking Euromillions win of more than £148m with her former husband Adrian Bayford.
They separated 15 months later after nine years of marriage.
