A marketing executive has appeared in court accused of having child abuse images at his Dundee home.
Paul Milne, of Dundee, is accused of possessing and downloading indecent pictures.
The alleged offences took place between February and November last year.
The 31-year-old appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday and made no plea.
Milne’s case had previously been continued without plea for the Crown to provide the defence with details of a police forensic computer analyst’s cyber-crime report “in relation to the examination of two computers”.
Defence solicitor John Boyle said the reports had not yet been received and asked for the case to be continued further.
Sheriff George Way agreed to the continuation, until March 23.
Milne was again bailed but has been restricted in relation to ownership or possession of, and access to, mobile phones and computers.
