A woman who repeatedly stripped and stormed naked into a personal trainer’s home has been spared punishment.
Claire Doyle, 57, caused her neighbour Grant Robertson “fear and alarm” by entering his home uninvited while she had no clothes on.
Perth Sheriff Court was told Doyle lived in the same street as the trainer and was trying to win his affection.
Doyle, of Bruce Gardens, Dunkeld, admitted acting in a threatening or abusive manner at an address on the street on April 12 last year.
She admitted causing fear or alarm by repeatedly entering a house while naked and uninvited, and repeatedly refusing to leave when asked to do so.
She also admitted breaching bail conditions not to approach or contact Mr Robertson.
She was admonished after the court heard she had stayed out of trouble.
However, Robertson has been jailed since for a string of offences including threatening hospital staff.
He was jailed for 78 weeks in December after the same court heard he had caused fear or alarm to his neighbours by blasting out loud music.
Robertson, 42, admitted carrying out a series of drink-fuelled offences between April 22 and July 21.
He threatened staff at Perth Royal Infirmary twice and did the same to social workers.
He admitted defying court orders by storming round to his neighbours’ home to complain about loud music, only for them to point out it came from his flat.
