A 19-year old man has appeared in Dundee Sheriff Court accused of raping a woman while she slept and filming the alleged incident to share on social media.
Nathan Thomson, of the city’s Riverside Place Central, is said to have shared the alleged incident on his Snapchat story.
He made no plea when he appeared in private on petition before Sheriff Thornley, who granted the accused bail.
Prosecutors allege Thomson raped a woman on September 7 at Cheviot Crescent, Dundee.
Another charge states Thomson operated equipment with the intention of enabling himself or others to view the alleged incident.
