A Dunfermline man who stole coffee and then steak in three separate trips to the same shop has been jailed.
Heroin addict Graham Philip, 37, of Golfdrum Street, admitted stealing the goods, which were worth a total of £151 and were not recovered.
On April 7 at the Co-operative Group store on Pilmuir Street he stole eight jars of coffee.
On April 14 he returned to the shop to steal various items of steak. Three days later Philip was back again and stole more steak.
Philip was sent back to jail to serve the unexpired portion of his previous sentence, 113 days. He will then serve an eight-month consecutive sentence.
