Man accused of harrassing former East Fife director

A man who allegedly harassed a former East Fife director for £30,000 of missing money will stand trial.
Ty Brown, 31, is said to have pursued former Bayview board member Brian McNeil and his wife Lesley between October and November last year.
Brown, of Clermiston Grove, Edinburgh, is accused of sending an “obscene and grossly offensive” Facebook message to Mrs McNeil, alleging that he had been “screwed” out of £30,000 by her husband.
The accused denied one charge under the Communication Act and one of breaching bail on summary complaint at Dundee Sheriff Court.
