A Tayside property developer has been accused of breaching his community payback order. Mark Harris appeared from custody at Perth Sheriff Court on Friday where he denied he had breached his order to complete unpaid work. Harris had been found guilty of threatening Hector McKay, 64, of Manse Crescent, Stanley, and his son on July 3 in 2014. During the trial Perth Sheriff Court was told Harris had allegedly said he knew “people in hoods”. Harris, 46, Mylnefield Road, Invergowrie, who was representing himself, was granted bail and a further hearing was scheduled for May 31.
