A 47-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged robbery in Leven town centre. The incident, involving a 79-year-old woman, happened on a path between North Street and Nairn Street at around 9am on Tuesday. Police issued a description and an appeal to help trace the person responsible. A man is due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Thursday and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
