Five men are to stand trial in the New Year charged with stealing a cash machine.
The group are accused of plotting together before an ATM holding almost £16,000 was allegedly taken from a Co-Operative store in Carnoustie, Angus.
Prosecutors claim a hole was cut in shutters of the shop before a rope was tied around the cash machine.
It is alleged a Land Rover vehicle was then used to drag the autoteller from the Co-Op in February this year.
Anthony Conroy, 29, Andrew White, 27, Nanu Miah, 27, Robin Vaughan, 43, and Carl Cavanagh, 33, faced a conspiracy charge during a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow.
Judge Lady Rae set a trial due to begin in January next year.
