A man was given an ASBO banning him from playing loud music, shouting and swearing, and causing distress to his neighbours.
Paul Mitchell, 46, of Ancrum Court, Burnside Street, Dundee, was placed on a two-year Anti Social Behaviour Order at the city’s sheriff court.
The order prohibits him from acting in a manner likely to cause alarm and distress to other residents at Ancrum Court, by shouting, swearing, playing music, and operating his TV set or radio at a volume where it could be heard outside his own flat, between 10pm and 9am.
The order was imposed after Mitchell admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting and swearing at his home on October 28 last year.
