Class B drugs with an illicit value of around £177,000 were recovered on the A90 at Glendoick, Perthshire, at around 3pm on Saturday afternoon. James Kerr made no plea or declaration when he appeared on petition at Perth Sheriff Court on Monday. The case was committed for further examination and Kerr was remanded in custody.
