A man has appeared in court accused of getting a then 13-year-old girl to send him naked photographs.
It is alleged that Kieran Fergusson engaged in sexual communications with the girl at an address in Tibbermore, on October 5 2014, and asked her for the picture, inducing her to send it.
He faces a separate matter relating to the alleged assault of three males on Scott Street, Perth, on January 8 this year.
It is said that he punched Gregor Ewart on the head, causing him to fall to the ground, and kicked him in the head as he lay on the ground.
He is also alleged to have attacked Nicholas Boyle by punching him, and also Callum Byres by repeatedly punching him in the head and body, causing him to fall to the ground.
He is then said to have punched him into a bench before repeatedly kicking him in the head and body.
The 19-year-old, of Rannoch Road, Perth, denies all charges.
