A sheriff has told a man accused of assault that he cannot enter a Dundee street.
Ross Dow, 23, of Fairbairn Street, denies that on February 28, on Forres Crescent in Trottick, he assaulted Lorraine McRae by seizing her by the arms, pushing her and repeatedly punching her on the face to her injury.
Trial was set for June 29 and bail was granted on the basis Dow does not enter Forres Crescent or contact Ms McRae.
