A man banned from entering Scotland after allegedly assaulting three people in Tayport will stand trial.
Daniel Bennett, from Manchester, had his trial at Dundee Sheriff Court set for June 27.
Bennet denies that on April 8, at 19 Queens Buildings in Tayport, he assaulted Alan Carrick, Edi Carrick and Laura Brogan by punching them.
He is further accused of, at the same address on the same date, behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, and of wilfully or recklessly damaging property belonging to another by smashing glass panels in a door by repeatedly punching them.
Bennett was previously told by Sheriff George Way he must not enter Scotland except for pre-arranged appointments or court.
