A MAN who assaulted a police officer and spat on him was jailed for six months.
Rafal Hil, 36, of no fixed abode, admitted that he assaulted PC Sean Kellie, struck him on the body with his head and attempted to bite him at King Street on April 26, while on bail.
He also admitted that on the same date, at Police HQ in Bell Street, he assaulted PC Kellie by spitting at him and striking him on the body while on bail.
