A man accused of the murder of 38-year-old Colin Oliphant, who died in a house Keltyhill Avenue, Kelty, last Wednesday from numerous injuries, was due to appear in court today.
The 35-year-old was arrested and charged following a major investigation into the death of “doting” father Mr Oliphant.
Two houses were sealed off in the street while a car was seen nearby with smashed windows that was thought to be part of the investigation.
Forensics officers in white suits were seen working at the scene as they searched for clues as they hunt Colin’s killer.
