Dundee man attacked his mum after grandad’s funeral

A man who attacked his own mum and her partner was sent to prison for eight months at Dundee Sheriff Court.
The court heard Joshua Reid, 21, a prisoner at Perth, attacked Gillian Farquharson and Grant Swan hours after attending his grandfather’s funeral.
Reid pleaded guilty on indictment to two charges of assault to injury and one of behaving in a threatening and abusive manner on November 23 last year at Roselea Terrace in Ladybank.
