An armed robber once caught by his testicles has been locked up for a further eight months after breaking out of HMP Castle Huntly.
Police issued a public warning when Daniel Hussain vanished from the open prison earlier this summer.
The 24-year-old appeared at Perth Sheriff Court on Thursday and admitted escaping from the Perthshire estate on Wednesday, July 13.
He was eventually traced seven days later and returned behind bars.
Hussain, described as a prisoner at Low Moss, had been serving a five-year sentence for an armed robbery using a sword.
The High Court in Edinburgh heard in 2013 that Hussain had only been out of prison for a month when he confronted shopkeepers Allison and Robert MacLaughlin at RM Jewellers in Glasgow.
But he left empty handed after the couple grabbed him by the testicles and refused to hand anything over.
