The former commercial director of Pitlochry Festival Theatre has appeared at court accused of covertly filming women at the venue over a three-year period.
Derek Allan – who was also creative director of the award-winning Enchanted Forest – denies the charge but has been told to return to Perth Sheriff Court on October 20.
Allan, 59, is alleged to have uttered offensive remarks to a woman while staring at her breasts at the theatre.
The same charge alleges that he covertly recorded the woman, a second named woman and a number of other as yet unidentified females between May 13, 2011 and October 31, 2014.
Allan, of Glebe Street in Dumfries, currently runs his own consultancy firm.
