A woman accused of murder is back behind bars after a sheriff revoked her bail.
Siobhan Russell was held over the death of Marie Low in Dundee’s Ballantrae Terrace last September.
She was released on bail in October ahead of trial dates being set in the high court.
But now she has been remanded in custody pending trial following a hearing at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Sheriff Alastair Brown revoked her bail and ordered her to be held in prison pending trial after an application by depute fiscal Eilidh Robertson on behalf of the Crown.
Russell, 30, of Dundee, faces an allegation that on Sunday September 4, at Ballantrae Terrace, Dundee, she struck Miss Low on the body with a knife and murdered her.
She earlier made no plea or declaration to the charge on petition and was fully committed for trial.
