A convicted Fife rapist has appeared in court to admit having sex with two underage girls he contacted on Snapchat.
Jordan Dunn had sex with a 13-year-old girl on two occasions in a Dunfermline park in November 2019 when he was 19 – weeks after raping a young teenager.
He later took a 14-year-old girl to his former Methil home and had unprotected sex with her.
He was on bail at the time.
In December 2021 following a High Court trial, Dunn was convicted of raping a 15-year-old girl at a flat in Lochgelly on two occasions – in September and October 2019 – and raping another girl at the same flat in July of that year.
He contacted his 15-year-old victim on social media before she turned up to meet him wearing her school uniform at Dunfermline bus station and travelled with him to Lochgelly.
Dunn is currently serving six and a half years in prison as part of a ten year extended sentence for the vile sex attacks.
Sex in the bushes
Now aged 22, Dunn appeared this week by video link at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court to plead guilty to further sexual offences involving teenage girls.
He admitted having sex and engaging in sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl at a Dunfermline park on various occasions in November 2019.
He pled guilty to a second charge of having sex with a 14-year-old girl at his former home in Methil‘s Sea Road on an occasion between July and September 2021.
Procurator fiscal depute Douglas Thomson told the court Dunn made contact with the 13-year-old on Snapchat and told her he was 15.
In reality he was aged 18 or 19 at the time.
The girl told Dunn she was 13.
The fiscal depute said Dunn travelled to Dunfermline by bus to meet the girl and they went to a park together.
Mr Thomson said: “The accused began kissing her and asked her for cuddles.
“He placed his hands on her buttocks and asked if she wanted to go to the bushes”.
The court heard the girl led him to a wooded or bushes area of the park and he pulled down her lower clothing and they had sex.
The fiscal continued: “The accused asked (the girl) not to tell anyone”.
The court heard that two days later, Dunn took the bus to meet the girl and they went to some bushes and had sex.
Unprotected sex with teen
Mr Thomson said Dunn later added a 14-year-old girl on Snapchat and told her he was 18 but was actually 20.
The fiscal said in the 2021 summer holidays the girl took the bus to Dunfermline city centre to meet Dunn and they went for a walk. There was no physical contact at this time.
He later went to his Methil home with the girl.
The fiscal said: “They went to the living room and he said he could not work the TV and (they) went to his room to watch Netflix.
“They watched a movie and after it ended, he began to ask sexual questions.
“They had intercourse. No contraception was used.”
Defence lawyer Graham Inch said he would reserve his plea in mitigation for the next court hearing.
Sheriff Alison McKay deferred sentence on Dunn until March 7 to obtain a background report.
Dunn is already on the Sex Offenders Register.
