A former Navy communications operator from Montrose has admitted causing a young girl to engage in sordid sexual activity.
After he was caught, Fraser Wilson told police he lived in a “prison of fear for years” but stressed his conduct was not sexually motivated.
The Faslane-stationed 39-year-old was snared while he was at sea and arrested once back on dry land.
While on a holiday, the girl told her dad creepy Wilson had been carrying out his perverted actions for almost three years.
At a hearing in Dundee Sheriff Court, the sex offender was released on bail but warned to “prepare himself” for the sentencing date on April 19.
Sickening abuse
Fiscal depute Christine Allan outlined details of the sickening abuse to the court
She explained Wilson’s scatalogical activities took place over a period of two-to-three years.
It often involved the sick sailor making the girl defecate on the floor or in her underwear.
The girl told her father Wilson sometimes touched her on the bottom during his sordid abuse.
The girl said this happened “a couple of times.”
Prison warning
Wilson had been deployed to sea in February and was arrested in June.
He told police interviewing him that he had been “living within a prison of fear for two years.”
When cautioned and charged, he replied: “It wasn’t sexually motivated” but on Monday, Wilson pled guilty to causing the girl to engage in sexual activity on various occasions.
He was placed on the Sex Offenders Register.
His solicitor Brian Bell said: “He lives with his parents. There’s no children at that particular address.
“He also works with a counsellor.”
Sheriff Paul Brown ordered background reports.
He said: “You should prepare yourself for the next occasion.
“This is obviously a serious matter and all options will be available.”
A Royal Navy Spokesperson said: “This individual is no longer a serving member of the Royal Navy.
“Therefore, as this is a private matter, it would be inappropriate to comment.”
Last summer, Wilson was fined after causing a car with a mother and daughter inside to flip onto the central reservation of the A90 between Dundee and Aberdeen.
