Three men are to stand trial after being charged with a series of assaults at a Kirkcaldy car dealership.
Ryan Donnelly, Paul Glancey and Alexander Watson entered not guilty pleas to a total of ten charges when they appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Thursday.
The trio are accused of several counts of attacking another man, with the incidents said to have taken place between November 2015 and March of this year at Craignairn Cars, at the town’s Forth Industrial Estate.
Included in the charges are claims that Mr Donnelly sprayed the victim in the face with paint, while all three are accused of trapping the man inside a metal container, refusing to let him leave.
Further charges allege that the three men restrained their victim with cable ties and shaved off his eyebrows, while Donnelly and Watson are further accused of shaving off the person’s hair.
Watson is also accused of striking the victim with a screwdriver.
All three appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court to tender their not guilty pleas, with Sheriff Grant McCulloch continuing bail for the trio.
Donnelly, 31, of Letham Gait in Dalgety Bay, Glancey, 43, of Ramsay Road, Kirkcaldy, and Watson, 44, Leven Road, Kennoway, will all return to court for trial on October 30.
