A man is to stand trial charged with murder after allegedly firing a bow and arrow at a man before stabbing him to death.
Gordon Diduca, also known as Gordon Adams, died at Dundonald Court on September 24.
Charles Little, 31, who lived in the block, made a second appearance at Dundee Sheriff Court where he faced four charges on petition.
He is alleged to have threatened occupants of a flat with a bow and arrows, repeatedly struck the front door and attempted to force entry to the property.
He is further accused of, in the communal landing, assaulting Mr Diduca, Jason Sinclair and Colin Hughes, threatening them with a bow and arrow and repeatedly firing arrows towards them,
Little is then alleged to have repeatedly struck Mr Diduca on the body with a knife and murdered him, and struck Mr Sinclair with a knife, assaulting him.
