A teenager has been fully committed for trial in connection with the alleged murder of his 34-year-old friend during a Christmas party. Jakub Kmieciak, 19, is alleged to have killed Rafal Rymarkiewicz by stabbing him on the body with a knife in Perth on Saturday December 23. The teenager made an appearance via video-link from Perth Prison on Friday and was again remanded in custody by Sheriff Derek Reekie. Kmieciak of Malcolm Court, is alleged to have struck Mr Rymarkiewicz on the body with a knife and murdered him at an address in Perth’s Wallace Court. He made no plea or declaration in relation to the charge.
