Stephen Graham, 28, appeared in private at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Tuesday. He faces charges of rape, abduction, assault to severe injury and permanent disfigurement. He is also accused of police assault. Graham tendered no plea and the case was continued for further examination. He was remanded in custody.
