A Blairgowrie man has made a second appearance in court following the alleged murder of a Dundee father-of-four. The 26-year-old’s body was discovered at Hazel Court on Saturday, March 3, sparking a major police investigation. Fotheringham, 35, appeared on petition for a second time at Perth Sheriff Court on Wednesday afternoon. He was committed for further examination and remanded in custody. A date for his next appearance has still to be set. The family of Mr Donachy described him as “one in a billion” and said they were having difficulty coming to terms with his sudden death.
