Man secretly filmed woman in bath through shampoo bottle

A Fife man hid a mobile phone in a shampoo bottle to secretly film a woman as she was bathing.

Morgan Rigby, 37, admitted concealing the device inside a bottle that he had emptied and cut a hole into, at an address in Leven.

He placed it in a position where it could record, and did record, the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons.

Rigby, of Main Street, Upper Largo, pled guilty to the charge on summary complaint at Dundee Sheriff Court.

Sheriff Tom Hughes deferred sentence until next month for social work background reports and ordained Rigby to appear in court on that date.
