A woman has admitted to stealing £6,000 from her former employer over a half year period.
Charlene Drysdale, 33, pleaded guilty at Dundee Sheriff Court on Friday to embezzling funds from Boots Chemist in Cupar.
Drysdale, of Cupar, admitted to stealing funds from the Fife store between December 3 2016 and July 20 2017.
Drysdale has been ordained to return to Dundee Sheriff Court on May 11 for sentencing.
Sheriff John Rafferty said: “I am going to ask for reports and a restriction of liberty order assessment, and I notice you were not here earlier when your case called. Take care to be on time on the next occasion.”
