A Dundee driver has been banned from the road for five years after admitting driving while intoxicated.
Peter Fyfe, 44, of Marryat Terrace, admitted to motoring offences and possessing drugs on June 17.
Fyfe had previously admitted that, at Marryat Terrace, he drove away a car, and on Bank Street, drove while unfit through drink or drugs and while disqualified.
He also admitted that on Bank Street, on the same date, he possessed heroin, all while on bail.
At Dundee Sheriff Court, Fyfe was disqualified from driving for five years and placed on a community payback order under supervision with a drug treatment requirement for 18 months.
He was also placed on a restriction of liberty order for four months.
