Stephen Brisbane, 33, allegedly cut off Charleston woman Sandra McGowan’s right hand after wandering into her sheltered home uninvited on February 14. He appeared at the High Court in Glasgow on Tuesday morning. His case was continued once again due to issues obtaining psychiatric reports into the accused’s mental health. He will return to the High Court in Glasgow for a further preliminary hearing on November 20 and was remanded in custody.
