Two men appeared in private at Dundee Sheriff Court yesterday after heroin worth around £180,000 was discovered after drugs warrants were executed in the city on Monday.
Barry Heggie, 35, of Dundee made no plea and was committed for further examination. Bail was granted and he will appear back in court on a date to be arranged.
Steven Cox, 32, also Dundee, made no plea and was committed for further examination.
He was remanded in custody and his case will call again within the week.
A further 61-year-old man appeared in private in relation to the recovery of cocaine worth approximately £3,400.
Peter Heggie of Dundee made no plea, was committed for further examination and was granted bail until his next court appearance.
A 29 year-old woman was liberated pending further police inquiries. The woman did not appear in court.
