A 19-year-old has appeared in court in connection with drugs offences after a Dundee teen took ill at TRNSMT music festival last week.
Josh Alexander, also from Dundee, appeared in Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday facing four charges under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. He made no plea.
He appeared on petition. The case was continued for further examination and he was granted bail.
Alexander, whose date of birth was given as February 19 2000, is accused of supplying a 16-year-old girl from Dundee with drugs.
She was left in a critical condition at the Glasgow Green festival and is said to have been placed in a medically-induced coma.
The girl was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment. Her mother has since thanked the medical staff who assisted her daughter following the incident.
