An assault case against Broughty Ferry Euromillions winner Gillian Bayford has been continued to allow for further investigations.
Bayford, 47, denies assaulting her former partner Gavin Innes on three occasions between August 1 2017 and October 31 2017.
Appearing at Dundee Sheriff Court before Sheriff Lorna Drummond, she spoke only to confirm her name.
A defence agent acting on behalf of Bayford said the case is not prepared for trial and asked the sheriff for an adjournment.
Fiscal depute Gavin Burton added mobile phone footage still needs to be investigated and this cannot happen until the device is released by the defence.
The charge alleges the attacks took place at an address in Adam Drive, Dundee, and in the village of Auchterhouse in Angus, while the pair were in a relationship.
Bayford is accused of repeatedly striking Mr Innes and punching him on the head and neck, resulting in him being injured.
Sheriff Drummond agreed to set a new intermediate diet for November 14 at which Bayford is ordained to appear.
