A man has appeared in court accused of carrying out sex offences close to a primary school in Perth.
Adalbert Bredau is alleged to have carried out solo sex acts on two occasions last year.
The 48-year-old is said to have carried out the acts in a Vauxhall Zafira on Muirton Place, near to Balhousie primary school on September 13 and October 4 2018.
Bredau is further accused inducing an child to participate in sexual activity.
It is claimed that on various occasions between 2013 – when the child was just six years old – and 2019 at a number of addresses in Perth he intentionally engaged in sexual activity in her presence by deliberately exposing his genitals in a sexual manner so that the child would see them.
He is said to have repeatedly exposed his genitals and carried out solo sex acts in the child’s presence, as well as asking the child to touch his genitals and on one occasion inducing the child to do so.
Bredau, of Dunkeld Road, Perth, entered no plea when he appeared from custody at Perth Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
The case against him was continued for further examination and he was remanded in custody.
