A 39-year-old man has appeared in court charged with possession of a weapon in Dundee.
Jonathan Barlow was charged with carrying a bladed weapon as well as threatening or abusive behaviour during an incident on Wednesday in Menzieshill.
An ambulance and a number of police cars attended the disturbance, which took place at around 4pm on Spey Drive.
Officers carried out searches along Charleston Drive, Earn Crescent, and Etive Gardens as well as interviewing various witnesses including motorists passing by at the time.
Barlow, of Dundee, made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody.
