One person has been taken to hospital following a crash in Dundee’s West End on Friday afternoon.
Police, firefighters and two ambulances were called to Glamis Road at its junction with Perth Road at 2.30pm following the collision involving a bus and two cars.
One person had to be taken to Ninewells Hospital after being helped from one of the vehicles by paramedics.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We received a call at 2.13pm to attend a road traffic incident at Glamis Road, Dundee.
“We dispatched two ambulances to the scene and transported one patient to Ninewells Hospital.”
Four fire and rescue appliances were called to the scene – two from Blackness Road, one from the Kingsway and one from Macalpine Road.
A fire and rescue spokesman said: “We got the call at 2.31pm. There was one casualty removed by the paramedics.
“We assisted police to clear the road.”
A police spokeswoman said: “It was at Glamis Road. A bus and two vehicles. It happened at 2.10pm.”
She could not confirm if the road had been closed.
