A man has been arrested and charged after a 76-year-old woman was allegedly subjected to an attempted robbery. The woman was approached by a man at the entrance to Stirling Court Sheltered Housing Complex on Monday. He attempted to pull her bag from her hand, however she managed to hold onto it and the suspect ran off. The 33-year-old is expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
