A Dundee school has been praised for its “positive culture” and respectful and supportive relationships following an inspection.
A report by Education Scotland into St Joseph’s RC Primary School said head teacher Michelle Louden showed “very strong leadership” and had created a “positive culture for learning”.
It added: “Increasingly, staff are adopting creative approaches to improve learning and teaching.
“They are developing their practice by engaging in appropriate, collaborative professional learning with partners.”
School pupils were also praised for making good progress in literacy and numeracy, although the report noted there could be more consistency in learning and teaching.
